Terms of Use
These terms explain the basic rules for using Tsashi during our Budapest beta. By creating an account or joining a plan, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Tsashi
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account and profile information. Tsashi may restrict or remove accounts that do not meet these requirements.
2. What Tsashi provides
Tsashi helps people join small public plans and form groups. We do not guarantee that a group will form, that every person will attend, or that every experience will meet your expectations.
3. Your conduct
Treat people respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, pressure for dating or sexual contact, threats, impersonation, illegal activity, and unsafe behaviour are not allowed.
4. Plans and safety
Meet only at the public place shown in the plan. You may leave at any time. Use the report and block tools if something feels wrong. Tsashi is not an emergency service.
5. Cancellations and attendance
Cancel as early as possible if you cannot attend. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to temporary restrictions or account removal.
6. Temporary chat
Group chat is for coordinating the plan. Do not share unlawful, abusive, or unwanted content. Chat access may close after the plan.
7. Beta service
Tsashi is being tested with a small group. Features, plans, availability, and these terms may change as we learn. We may pause the service when needed.
8. Account closure
You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or create safety risks.
9. Liability
Use Tsashi with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, Tsashi is not responsible for the conduct of other users or for losses outside our reasonable control.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to tsashi@gmail.com or @tsashi.app on Instagram.
Before a wider launch, these beta terms should be reviewed for the laws of each market where Tsashi operates.
