Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Tsashi handles information during the Budapest beta.
Information we collect
Account details, date of birth, city, languages, matching preferences, plan activity, attendance, feedback, reports, blocks, temporary chat messages, and basic technical records needed to run the service.
Why we use it
To verify eligibility, form compatible groups, operate plans and chat, improve reliability, respond to safety concerns, prevent abuse, and improve the beta.
What group members see
Matched group members may see your first name, age, and languages. Tsashi does not provide public profile browsing or private direct messages.
Who we share it with
We use service providers such as Supabase to host authentication and data. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect safety.
Safety information
Reports, blocks, safety notes, and reconnect choices are private. Reconnect becomes available only when both people choose yes.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the service, safety, legal obligations, and dispute handling. Temporary chat is designed to close after a plan, though records may be retained for safety and moderation.
Your choices
You can update relevant profile details, block or report users, withdraw from plans, and delete your account in Settings. Some limited records may be retained where legally or operationally necessary.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email tsashi@gmail.com or contact @tsashi.app on Instagram.
This beta policy should receive local legal review before expansion beyond the initial market.
